1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all major cities and towns within India. For international deliveries, please contact our support team to confirm availability and charges.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
- Exact shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to terms and conditions.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or bulk orders may take longer, and we will notify you accordingly.
4. Your shipment may contain the documents:
- 1. Copy of the Order invoice (Original copy can be downloaded from your account profile and copy would be sent to your email id)
- 2. Copy of the Delivery note (Quantities has to be checked on the time of delivery, Any missing quantities should be raised immediately to www.realconstruction.shop)
- 3. User manual if any provided by the manufacturer.
- 4. Material Test Certificates, if any provided by the manufacturer.
- 5. Installation Manuals, if any provided by the manufacturer.
- 6. Warranty Cards, if any provided by the manufacturer.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Other Locations: 7–12 business days depending on service availability.
- International Orders: Delivery timelines will be communicated based on destination country.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
7. Delivery Issues
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may re-attempt delivery.
- In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date). We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
