1. Order Cancellations

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team.
• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Custom-made, special orders, or bulk construction material orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.

2. Return Policy

• We accept returns only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.
• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice for return eligibility.
• Certain products (customized construction items, clearance sale items, or digital services) are non-returnable.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges and COD (Cash on Delivery) fees are non-refundable.
• For partial returns, refunds will be issued only for the returned item(s).

4. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Refund Exceptions

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for refund.
• Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered (such as consultancy, design, or construction services).
• Discounted or promotional items may not be eligible for full refunds.

6. Cancellation by Real Construction

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Product out of stock or discontinued.
• Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
